I built this company because I believe timely, well-conceived video could help sales teams close more business.
I've spent more than 25 years in B2B sales as an AE and sales leader, most of it selling to financial institutions but also selling cross industry to Global 2000 companies. I liked competing, and I won my share of competitive deals. The losses that weighed on me were the No Decisions, because they made up so much of the revenue that left my pipeline. Those were the deals that went from buying frenzy to "next quarter," then quietly to next year, then silence.
One still annoys me. A large community bank on the East Coast had an initiative to open commercial accounts online faster, and they were evaluating several competitors. They loved our solution, were satisfied with the price, and had spoken with our references. Then the deal slipped to the next year, the evaluation team blocked our access to the C-suite, and eventually they stopped responding.
I've watched peers and my own teams lose deals the same way. Some were bottom-up deals that middle managers couldn't sell internally. Many were top-down and funded, with goals set in the boardroom, and they still lost steam during the evaluation. Harvard Business Review research puts deals lost to No Decision at 40 to 60 percent. On a $10M pipeline, that can be $4M to $6M that never closes.
Some of that is tire kicking, poor qualification, internal politics or a changing economy. But some share of those deals, maybe 5, 10 or 20 percent, should close. They stall because leadership isn't buying what the evaluation team is selling. Executives doubt the cost of the pain, doubt the solution will fix it, or worry about what a failure would do to their political capital. Moving even part of that into the win column is real revenue.
What I wanted was a way to tie what our discovery uncovered to this prospect's goals and pains, so a busy executive could see their quantified pain, and how we'd fix it, in a minute or two. If leadership sees that before a No Decision has a chance to set in, fewer deals stall. It helps in competitive deals too, but our biggest competitor was always "Lost – No Decision."
So I built the tool I wanted as a seller and sales leader. Upload your call transcripts and notes, and Persuasive Pitch creates a video that explains your pitch the way you would. Your coach can share it with people you'll never meet, in the format busy executives actually watch.
If you've ever lost a deal after a great sales cycle, I'd like to show you how it works.

Why Persuasive Pitch
Most deals aren't lost in the meeting. They're lost in the weeks after it.
You made the case, and the people in the room understood it. But they aren't the only ones who decide. Finance, IT, procurement and an executive you've never met will each form a view, usually from a forwarded file and a two-line summary. And you're counting on your champion to tell your story as well as you would.
What gets lost. People forget about 70% of what they hear within a day, and about 90% within a week. The facts survive. Your explanation of why they matter doesn't. We call that Value Decay.
What gets changed. Each person who retells the story bends it toward their own priorities. The CFO hears cost, IT hears risk, and nobody hears the business case you made. That's Message Value Drift: the product is described accurately, but the reason to buy it is gone.
Who's left holding it. Your champion becomes your stand-in salesperson, on top of their real job, without your discovery in their head or your answers in their pocket. Champion enablement means giving them something better to forward than an email recap.
What we do about it. Persuasive Pitch turns your call transcripts and notes into a short video tailored to this buyer, in your words and your voice, that anyone in the buying group can watch when it suits them. PitchTracker then shows you who watched, including people your champion forwarded it to. We call the practice Buyer Value Reinforcement: keeping your explanation attached to your pitch until the decision gets made.
It won't close a deal on its own. It gives your deal a fair hearing with the people you couldn't reach, and it keeps your story in front of buyers while competitors are telling theirs.
Built for sales teams, not video producers. You upload what you already have, review the script, and share a tracked link. You don't need editing skills or a studio.
and we'll walk you through it using one of your own deals.
